アプリ名: リバーシオン（Reversi-On）

Hideki Games（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供する iOS アプリケーション「リバーシオン」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得します。

1.1 アカウントに関する情報

1.2 対局に関する情報

対局の結果（勝敗・石数）、着手の記録（棋譜）、レーティング、対局日時、対戦相手の識別子。

1.3 端末および利用状況に関する情報

端末のモデル名、OS のバージョン、アプリのバージョン、言語設定、アプリのクラッシュ情報、機能ごとの利用状況（画面の表示回数など）。

1.4 通信に伴い自動的に送信される情報

IP アドレスおよびアクセス日時。これらは通信の性質上、サーバーのログとして記録されます。

1.5 取得しない情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの連絡先情報
• 位置情報
• 端末内の連絡先、写真、カレンダー、マイク、カメラ
• 広告識別子（IDFA）その他の広告目的のトラッキング情報

本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用者を追跡する目的でのデータ収集を一切行いません。

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

1. 本アプリの提供および対局機能の実現
2. 対戦相手のマッチング
3. レーティングおよびランキングの算出と表示
4. 不正行為（改造クライアントの使用、レーティング操作等）の検知および防止
5. 不具合の原因調査および品質の改善
6. 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応

3. 第三者への提供

当方は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

1. 利用者本人の同意がある場合
2. 法令に基づく場合
3. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

取得した情報を販売、貸与、または広告目的で第三者へ提供することはありません。

なお、対戦相手に対しては、対局の性質上、利用者の表示名およびレーティングが表示されます。これらは第三者提供ではなく、本アプリの機能として利用者が公開することを前提とした情報です。

4. 業務の委託および外国にある第三者への提供

本アプリは、認証・データベース・障害解析の基盤として Google LLC が提供する Firebase を利用しています。これに伴い、上記1の情報の取扱いを Google LLC に委託します。

個人情報の保護に関する法律第28条に基づき、以下の事項をお知らせします。

対局結果・レーティング・アカウント情報などの主要なデータは、保存先リージョンとして asia-northeast1（東京） を指定しており、日本国内のデータセンターに保存されます。ただし、対局中の接続状態（オンライン/オフラインの検知）にのみ用いる一時的な情報は、東京リージョンが提供されていないため asia-southeast1（シンガポール） のデータセンターに保存されます。この情報に氏名や対局内容は含まれません。運営主体が米国法人であるため、上記のとおりお知らせしています。

提供先が講ずる措置に関する詳細な情報が必要な場合は、末尾に記載する連絡先までお問い合わせください。

5. 安全管理措置

当方は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、以下の措置を講じています。

• 通信はすべて暗号化（TLS）された経路で行います
• データベースにはアクセス制御規則を設定し、利用者は自身に関係するデータのみを読み取れる構成としています
• 対局結果およびレーティングは利用者の端末から直接書き換えることができない設計とし、サーバー側でのみ更新します
• 開発環境と本番環境を分離し、本番環境へのアクセス権限を限定しています

6. 保存期間および削除

アカウントを削除した場合、上記のアカウント情報および関連する対局データは削除されます。ただし、ランキングの整合性を保つために必要な範囲で、個人を識別できない形に加工した統計情報を引き続き保持する場合があります。

7. アカウントの削除

本アプリの「設定」画面から、いつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除を実行すると、認証情報および当方が保有する利用者のデータが削除され、元に戻すことはできません。

8. 保有個人データに関する開示等の請求

利用者は、当方が保有する自身の個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去または第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。

請求される場合は、末尾に記載する連絡先まで、本アプリ内の「設定」画面に表示される利用者識別子（UID）を添えてご連絡ください。ご本人からの請求であることを確認したうえで、遅滞なく対応いたします。

なお、本アプリはメールアドレスを取得していないため、利用者識別子（UID）が本人確認の唯一の手がかりとなります。アプリを削除した後は本人確認ができず、請求にお応えできない場合があります。

9. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは全年齢を対象としています。当方は、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリが取得する情報は、対局機能の提供に必要な最小限のものに限られています。

保護者の方で、お子様に関する情報の削除をご希望の場合は、末尾に記載する連絡先までご連絡ください。

10. 広告およびトラッキング

本アプリは、広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングを行いません。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可を求めるダイアログも表示しません。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の改正または本アプリの機能変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内またはアプリの配信ページにて事前にお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

App: Reversi-On

Hideki Games ("we", "us") provides the iOS application "Reversi-On" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.

This is a courtesy translation. The Japanese version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect

Account information

• A user identifier (UID) generated automatically when you first launch the App. This is a random string and does not by itself identify you.
• A display name that you may set. A default name is generated automatically.
• An identifier associated with your Apple ID, if you choose to link one via Sign in with Apple. We do not request or receive your name or email address.

Gameplay information

Game results (win/loss and disc counts), move records, rating, timestamps, and the identifier of your opponent.

Device and usage information

Device model, OS version, app version, language setting, crash reports, and feature usage statistics.

Information transmitted automatically

IP address and access timestamps, recorded in server logs as an inherent part of network communication.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, location, contacts, photos, calendar, microphone or camera data, or the advertising identifier (IDFA). The App displays no advertising and performs no tracking.

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose information to third parties except with your consent, where required by law, or where necessary to protect life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult.

We never sell, rent, or share information for advertising purposes.

Your display name and rating are shown to your opponent. This is a function of the App rather than a disclosure to a third party.

4. Processors and international transfers

The App uses Firebase, operated by Google LLC (United States), for authentication, database, and crash reporting. We therefore entrust the handling of the information described in Section 1 to Google LLC.

As required by Article 28 of Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information:

Most of your data (match results, ratings, and account information) is stored in the asia-northeast1 (Tokyo) region. However, temporary connection-status information (used only to detect whether you are online or offline during a match) is stored in the asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region, as the Tokyo region is not available for this specific service. This information does not include your name or match content. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Security measures

• All communication uses encrypted (TLS) channels
• Database access rules restrict each user to reading only data relevant to them
• Game results and ratings cannot be written directly from user devices; they are updated only on the server
• Development and production environments are separated, with restricted access to production

6. Retention and deletion

When you delete your account, your account information and associated game data are deleted. We may continue to retain aggregated, non-identifiable statistics to the extent necessary for leaderboard integrity.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Your rights

You may request notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties, in respect of your personal data.

To make a request, contact us at the address given at the end of this policy, including the user identifier (UID) shown on the App's Settings screen. We will respond without delay once we have verified that the request comes from you.

Because we do not collect email addresses, the UID is the only means of verifying your identity. After the App is deleted we may be unable to verify a request.

9. Children's privacy

The App is rated for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The information the App collects is limited to the minimum necessary to provide gameplay. Parents or guardians who wish to have information deleted may contact us at the address given at the end of this policy.

10. Advertising and tracking

The App displays no advertising and performs no tracking. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or to the App's features. We will give advance notice of material changes within the App or on its App Store page.
